Corpus - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team, specializing in Quadplay services, including Broadband, IPTV, OTT, and Digital VAS. This role will involve overseeing the development and integration of critical business solutions across multiple platforms, such as Inventory Management, VAS, Fieldforce Management, and ERP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the evolution of our service model aligns with the strategic roadmap and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end project management for Quadplay services (Broadband, IPTV, OTT, Digital VAS).

- Coordinate with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage risks throughout the lifecycle of each project, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.

2. Gap Analysis & Roadmap Development :

- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas where current systems or processes (Inventory Management, Total View Portal, VAS, Fieldforce Management, ERP) may not meet future business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving service requirements, market trends, and customer demands.

- Contribute to the strategic roadmap, ensuring systems are scalable, flexible, and future-proof.

3. System Integration & Optimization :

- Oversee the integration of systems to enable seamless communication between platforms.

- Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure alignment of all systems with overall business strategy and future service offerings.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, translating business needs into system requirements.

- Regularly update senior leadership on project progress, risks, and deliverables.

- Maintain clear communication with external vendors and partners to manage system enhancements and third-party integrations.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to meet required specifications and quality standards.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

6. AAA Radius Systems :

- Oversee the AAA Radius system, ensuring its support for evolving Broadband, IPTV, OTT, and VAS services.

- Perform gap analysis to identify and address shortcomings in the AAA Radius system, and develop a roadmap for improvements.

- Facilitate the integration of AAA Radius with other business systems like Inventory Management and ERP.

- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Experience : Minimum 5 years in Project Management, preferably within Telecom or Quadplay services (Broadband, IPTV, OTT, Digital VAS).

- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of systems such as Inventory Management, Fieldforce Management, ERP, and VAS platforms.

- System Integration : Experience with system integration and optimization in Telecom and Digital services.

- Service Model Knowledge : Deep understanding of service models in Broadband, IPTV, OTT, and Digital VAS.

- Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile & Scrum methodologies and ability to deliver projects in an agile environment.

- Certifications : PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification preferred.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively resolve operational challenges.

- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
