Corpseed - Manager - Environmental Compliance

- Oversee and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including Pollution NOCs, Environmental Clearances, and sustainability standards.

- Stay updated on changes in environmental laws, guidelines, and compliance frameworks at state and national levels.

- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure regulatory adherence and sustainability best practices.

- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies to facilitate approvals and certifications.

- Government Applications & Documentation

- Manage and streamline the submission of online applications for environmental clearances, pollution control board approvals, and other compliance-related permits.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and review technical documents, including impact assessments, compliance reports, and policy documents.

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals, guiding them on compliance and process improvements.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient project execution while ensuring quality control.

- Engage with clients and partners, offering expert consultation on environmental sustainability and compliance.

- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on environmental laws, policies, and sustainability initiatives.

- Process Improvement & Sustainability Initiatives

- Identify and implement best practices to optimize regulatory approval timelines and improve compliance efficiency.

- Promote sustainable business solutions and environmental responsibility across company projects.

- Assist in the development of environmental policies, frameworks, and action plans to support corporate sustainability goals.
