The objective is to develop contents, modules and deliver to middle level and senior management.

- Develop contents & modules for Hospitality & Retail industry.
- Modules for leadership training specifically strategic management, people management and performance management
- Well versed with Balance Score Card and learning & development modules
- Soft skills, interpersonal skills, corporate communication, stress management and motivation
- Industry specific- customer service excellence, multi-tasking (middle level)

Education:
MBA/PG Diploma in Training & Development/Human Resources
Work Experience:
6/10 experience in Hospitality/FMCG/Retail/Airlines (Reputed organizations/Multinationals)
Communication Skills
