Corporate Trainer - Equity/Finance

Salary offered: 6 - 13 LPA

- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization

- Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies

- Maintaining people talent management and development frameworks as appropriate

- Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions

- Primary responsibility includes creating and delivering basic finance training - for new hires as well as existing professionals

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and industry

- Inclined towards training part more

Eligibility :

- Any Bachelor's Degree + MBA (Finance/ Human Resources/ IB/ IR) from Tier 1, 2, 3 institutes

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Professional & Presentable

- Must have a passion towards training

- Confident, Committed

Job Location : Mumbai

Working Days : 5 Days a week
