Corporate Taxation Role - BFS/Manufacturing

Urgent Requirement for the position of Corporate Taxation

- Experience of 3-4 years in the area of Direct taxes in a mid size or large corporate or good consulting firms

- Working experience in the area of Direct Taxes, Good knowledge of transfer pricing, Ability to understand the business transactions and application of methods of transfer pricing,

- Knowledge of tax filings, tax audits, Ability to attend tax department for assessments, other enquiries, Good interpretation skills of tax laws

- Ability to address the issues arising in e-compliance such as e-filing of tax returns, TDS returns, Annual information returns, Form 15CA / 15CB and such other compliances

- Knowledge of accounting standards more particularly deferred tax accounting
