Corporate Talent Acquisition Head (VP level)
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy and Metrics:- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring needs across all business verticals.
- Establish and monitor key TA metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity hiring metrics) to assess effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes and predict future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management:- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR heads, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop strong relationships with C-suite and senior management to facilitate effective talent solutions.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional heads to understand workforce planning requirements and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies.
Process Optimization and Technology Integration: - Drive process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance.
- Lead the adoption of digital recruiting tools, including ATS and CRM systems, to improve process automation and data reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external recruiting policies and regulations.
Team Leadership and Development:- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing TA team, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to excel.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the TA team.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.
Employer Branding and Diversity Initiatives:- Partner with the HR team to enhance employer brand and attract top talent across diverse demographics.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process to promote a balanced and inclusive workforce.
- Represent industry events, conferences, and career fairs to increase visibility and attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Experience:
- Oversee candidate experience initiatives, ensuring a positive and consistent experience from application through onboarding.
- Address candidate feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruiting experience.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a large, diverse organization.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end TA processes, metrics, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with senior leadership.
- Exceptional knowledge of recruitment technologies, best practices, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
