- Support the product, solution and offerings development and lifecycle management processes for multiple products
- Provide input and strategic direction to solution and offering business plans
- Ensures product-market fit and real-world market validation of new solutions and offerings
- Become a trusted advisor for the business unit to prioritize product, solution and offering portfolio selection
- Ensures commercial launch readiness working across pricing, marketing, sales, delivery, finance, legal and other functions
- Help to drive right content creation for solutions and offerings
The ideal candidate has:
- About 7-12 years of experience in leading technology product management and/or product marketing.
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading and coaching junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, ability to build consensus, bias for action.
- MBA/ comparable advanced degree/ equivalent experience.
