Corporate Strategy - Luxury Brand

One of the luxury brand in India is looking for a bright, analytical individual to work in the chairman's office.

- This role demands the ability to frame complex problems, think creatively and to find practical business solutions.

- The role requires a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. A successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to take on a steep learning curve, take ownership and complex projects with minimal supervision.

- The person in this role will coordinate with various departments Heads and their teams, multiple international offices and external teams on various projects.

- The person will take responsibility for assigned projects, generate hypotheses, effectively understand the work plan and execute it. The person will also create and maintain periodic reports/dashboards to report on progress, potential risks and solutions in various projects.

- B.Tech./B.E./B.Com; MBA preferred, but not necessary

- Relevant work experience preferred (e.g. corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, private equity)

- We are looking for individuals comfortable with a varied, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, and experienced with answering critical questions through high quality data research and analysis

- Ability to conclude multiple assignments simultaneously

- A detail oriented, self-disciplined approach to achieving results

- Effective communication skills.
