- Identifying & developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer base to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for the sales of the following products like Post-paid, Broad-band, Leased-line and PRI connections to the SME clients though Preferred Channel Partners
- Driving the sales involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with high potential clients for growth and profitability
- Research and develop new business in the SME clients and maintain long-term relationships for continuous business
- Responsible for making sales presentations, Database Building & Customer Relationship Management
- Manage both on-roll & off-roll employees
