Duties & Responsibilities:
- Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in Corporate, Institutional and B2B sales.
- Individual to carry an independent sales target and sell prepaid card & expense management tool to corporates.
- Individual must understand the purchase process of the corporate organisation and its working
- Building and maintaining customer relationship and Strategic Alliances and leading the team to garner new strategic tie-ups with corporate.
- Building & managing strong sales team and implement strategies to exceed sales objectives.
- Developing people talent/leadership through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Developing high level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and senior executives.
- Responsible for the gross business, recurring sales revenue target through new prospects as well as existing accounts.
- The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The individual needs to be highly motivated, disciplined, self- driven and passionate.
- Person should have proven track record of sales.
