- Upscaling the world's best acquisitions team - Provide mentorship and establish best practice with a lean team that will drive market penetration for Bizongo and make it the world's best hunting team
- Industry/Sector Expansion - Establish which new industry sector could be penetrated by Bizongo regionally and drive data driven acquisition strategy including content, positioning, industry research to penetrate into target industry
- Data Driven Acquisition - In collaboration with the DGM, Client Relations, implement lead generation and client onboarding strategies, and drive adoption of internal CRM and tech products to ensure effective tracking
- Optimizing Sales Cycle - Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of optimizing the sales cycle and achieving high client onboarding rate
- Profitability - Acquire potential clients profitably and increase gross margin in the medium term
- Value Engineering Projects - Liaison with regional and national cross functional teams to drive new innovations and value additions for new clients
