Job description :
- This role would involve hardcore sales with involvement of on field meetings.
- Person would be primarily responsible for generating corporate training business on emerging technologies.
- Person should have a proven track record of achieving high sales numbers as individual contributor.
- He should have good existing connects at CXO, VP and at Director level.
- Person is expected to prospect, qualify, nurture and close on business deals and thus managing the account on ongoing basis for further business.
- A corporate sales person he/she will be responsible of selling private technical courses, getting nomination for public workshops and closing on e-learning licenses deals.
- Person should map the account and various stakeholders level and maintain good relations.
- He/She is expected to analyse market trends and doing regular competition analysis.
- He/She would be responsible for handling the team and maintaining and sharing regular MIS and a sales pipeline with his/her reporting manager on regular basis.
- His/Her performance would be measured on meeting monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets.
