Corporate Sales Role - Insurance Broking Firm
Preferred Education: Engineer / MBA
About:
- Experience needed from broking background specifically.
- Drive and Monitor all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective
- Study competitor activities and tracking of the business figures to formulate strategies at the branch level for maximum business and mindshare.
- Business Development : Day to day activities, team management and sales management.
- Conduct out of office calls as per need of the team and as defined in the sales activity Management.
Primary responsibility of the candidate is to:
- Generate New Sales
- Supporting the Companies sales strategies in his/her designated or identified geography.
- Developing New Line of Business and Growth in existing portfolio.
- Growth oriented attitude
- Must have excellent Communication skill and strong Knowledge
- Advantageous to have strong relationship with market and clients
- Result Orientation - Should be able to deliver on the company's stretch performance parameters
- Interpersonal Skills- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate his/her team
- Advantageous to have good presentation skills
