- Build lead funnel and order book
- Exceed monthly order book targets (Achieve Top Line)
- Map Territory, Network, reach out (on-field), Meet senior people in client organization i.e., Function heads (Sales & Service), HR head, L&D head
- Account mapping and identifying decision-makers
- Conduct presentations to senior management at client site
- Conduct multiple Negotiations with the SPOCs at client and ensure proper contracting
- Network in the account and seek referrals
- Responsible for all collections, and account reconciliation in close support of our finance team
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in nurturing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
