Work Profile :
1. Develops the annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system and goals.
2. Serves as Sales Head at the branch, providing support in the area of executing market strategy and management.
3. Territory Mapping with market segmentation of different LOB for corporate sales.
4. Consultative selling to existing as well as prospective corporate clients.
5. Follow up with the corporate clients with a view of securing mandates.
6. Submitting quotes to corporate clients and converting them into business.
7. Ensuring smooth handover of the accounts to the operations team.
8. Liasioning with the operations team for smooth transition of the claims management.
9. Generate activity and sales report as per Company requirement.
10. Attend sales seminars, sales meeting, educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place.
Specific Experience :
1. Min 5-8 years of Experience in General Insurance/ Insurance Broking Company.
2. Experience in corporate sales with excellent networking skills.
3. Should have worked effectively with Senior-level executives and top management.
4. Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment.
5. Capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

2. Presentable.
Qualifications :
1. Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA (Finance, Marketing).
2. Insurance qualifications such as Licentiate / Associate would be preferred though it would not be a constraint.
