Corporate Sales Role - General Insurance

- One of our esteemed client in General Insurance industry is looking for professionals with General Insurance Business Development / Corporate Solutions experience.

- The role is to be a part of Reinsurance team which will include niche client management, risk discussions, placements and understanding of various industries, market and competition.

The role reports into Head Reinsurance.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage Corporate Reinsurance (Facultative and Treaty) for Property, Engineering, Terrorism & Miscellaneous lines of business.

- Placements of Reinsurance Contracts (Facultative & Treaty)

- Study the proposals, market dynamics and accordingly decide on the best possible Facultative Reinsurance arrangement.

- Liaise with the Reinsurance markets and brokers worldwide market and negotiate on the reinsurance terms, price and best possible coverage.

- Ensure Regulatory as well as internal compliance with regards to facultative transactions.

- Monitor the financial ratings of the reinsurers and keep a tab on the developments in Reinsurance market.

- Seeking the profitability from the accounts managed.

- We are looking for professional with in-depth knowledge and excellent command of insurance Products, knowledge of reinsurance, facultative placement, and claim settlement. Ability to connect oneself at cross-functional level, strong motivator and team builder.
