- Candidates should have experience of Non-EB line of business (Property/Fire/ Marine/Liability)

- Candidates should have experience/ clientele of large corporates acquired directly not through brokers, agency channels, etc

- Candidates preferably from insurance companies dealing with direct corporates or from insurance brokers

1. Provide required support (Product Structure, Underwriting, Placement, Servicing, Claim Management) to locations/ region/ state to develop Corporate/SME business.

2. Provide support and guidance to scale the SME/ OTC line of Business in locations/region/state.

3. Identify clients and generate business from them.

4. Structure products and implement processes to scale up the business for all lines of products

5. Identify various Associations (Small Enterprises) at state or national level to have a strategic tie-up for scale up the business from the members.

6. Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company.

7. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA
