Key Responsibilities of the Job :
Corporate Sales / B2B Business : It involves providing music solutions to corporate clients with bulk requirements, who want to gratify their clients or their employees with customized music gifts in the form of CDs, Music Cards (USB Device) with preloaded music and discounted E Vouchers for the various applications.
DSA Management : This role will be also responsible for appointing DSA (Direct Sales Associate) Network and managing them for Music cards and products to be launched in near future.
Marketing through Exhibition participation : One of the key marketing responsibility of this role will be to do marketing of Saregama products through exhibitions.
Personal traits :
- Self-driven, results-oriented & a natural forward planner, with focus on business profits.
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with clients.
- Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi both) and pleasing personality
- Good customer facing and customer relationship management ability.
