We are in search of Corporate Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
Location: Japan
Position Overview:
- The Account Manager is a sales partner insuring the attainment of the companys' revenue & SOW (Share of Wallet) objectives with each OE in the region while also building effective relationships with distributors to develop and promote sales in aftermarket for this region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow exiting OE/ Distributor relationships.
- Prospecting new accounts and developing business with both OE’s and Distributors.
- Expand existing relationships driving growth in each location and each platform.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a current and accurate database of customer information like annual volumes in each platform, new prototypes, Companys' SOW, growth plans etc.
- Travel in the region to meet all locations & influencers on regular basis (approximately 50-60%).
- Attend regular sales meetings with team.
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure supply & demand accuracy to meet & exceed expectations of OE’s and distributors.
- Competition benchmarking on market, price & new products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field.
- 8-10 years of experience selling tires into OTR or AG space
- Previous experience successfully growing new and existing business with OEs and Distributors.
- Excellent ability to work independently using proactive selling skills to create new relationships and foster the existing ones.
- Industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record for effectively using a systems & processes to identify opportunities, report on funnel progression and quantify forecasts and results.
- Ability to travel in the territory up to 50-60%% of the time.
- Living within the territory.
