Key Responsibilities.

- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients for event and meeting space bookings.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients for event bookings.

- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.

- Implement client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships.

- Conduct site tours and presentations for potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.

- Manage and maintain a database of corporate clients and prospects.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients throughout the event planning process.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract corporate clients.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client base.

- Ensure that all sales activities align with the company's policies and values.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications.

- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
