Requirement : We are looking at AM/Manager level for Business development role & kindly go through below requisition for this particular role,

Job Purpose:

Acquiring Corporate clients with best possible commercial rates & developing business relations.

Duties:

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential corporates; discovering and exploring opportunities by contacting HR Professionals from various organizations.

- You would be engaged in Business Development of CVP (Credentials Verification Program) also called as Employee Background Screening package to various business houses.

- You would be making cold calls to corporate houses, HR professionals, generating leads, generating database, setting appointments, discussing the package, negotiating, closing the deal and client relationship management.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
