- All India MIS for Hiring, Database, Attrition
- Designing Key initiatives along with Branch HR
- HR operations
- Partner with Business on all activities for assigned population
- Partner with principal HoD (s )to understand & drive employee related agenda
- Establish employee connect & handle employee related tasks-Engagement, Retention, Exit
- Ably resolve employee queries-HRIS, Policies, Payroll, Attendance, EHS
- Handle all activities related to corporate Third Party Staff (Hiring, Attendance, Monthly Payroll, Annual merit)
- Partner with Co Eon Core HR Processes
- Facilitate employee hiring in partnership with Line Manager & TA
- Drive & execute hygiene HR Processes-Payroll, On-boarding
- Implement HR processes & special projects like Performance Appraisal, Job Evaluation, Benchmarking, etc.
Requirements
1. Educational Qualification: PG Degree in General/ HR Management. Candidates must be passed out from Tier 1 Colleges.
2. Experience: Minimum 4 Years
3. Male & Female both can apply
4. Candidate must be from FMCG industry.
