Role: Head - Corporate Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: B.Tech., B.com, BBA, MBA
Experience: 6 to 10 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales Funnel & sales process to exceed targeted sales booking and overall margins in the division/region or segment
- Manage and increase Order Booking from existing accounts
- Achieve dominant market share (sales booking Rs.) in the region
- Maximize account share in target accounts in the region
- Identify & report to marketing/ business in terms of new market or new product/service opportunities and also feedback on current products
Skills:
- Understanding of Corporate Learning & Development/ Management Education/ Online Education Space
- Selling Management and Executive Education for Working Professionals within organizations
- Solution selling to clients from a Learning and Development perspective targeted towards skill development, employee engagement and retention
- Understanding the role and importance of Learning and Development within organizations
- The person should have excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and Presentation Skills
- Should have past experience in Corporate/ Institutional Sales
- Understanding of Solution and Consultative Selling techniques
