Job Description - This role is a leadership role, reporting directly to the Founders. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales personnel and driving the start-up sales agenda of the firm.

Description :
- Build inroads in top startups and IT firms in India,
- Promoting the organization in various forums by networking in the IT industry
- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution of all enterprise level sales initiatives
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and policymakers
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Define and monitor annual/quarterly sales targets that include individual as well as team target
- Build and nurture a team of stellar sales professionals
- B2B sales experience is highly preferred
- Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
- At least 6 years of team building and management experience; managed a team of 20+ sales personnel
- Background in IT industry is preferable
- Proven analytical and decision-making abilities
- Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
