Job Role :
- Corporate RM role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Financial Controller, Heads of Finance, etc. and not HRs, admins and facilities- heads) of large/mid-corporate with monthly and quarterly targets.
- It requires the candidate to do business development - arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to corporate, manage follow-ups to sell our products and services.
- Be active in scouting corporate leads and converting them into meetings
- Ensure a high level of customer service orientation and satisfaction
- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirements :
- 4+ of experience as a Corporate RM with an established financial institution or mid/large corporate preferably with B2B sales experience.
- At-least a bachelor in any stream from recognized institutes. MBAs will be preferred.
- Must have an existing network of Corporate relationships from his previous stints. No freshers should apply.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a select group of corporate customers along with retention responsibilities with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Good understanding of trade receivables business and products
- High energy and drive.

- Self-motivated with a passion to achieve.
