Responsibilities :
- Manage corporate relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide personalized service tailored to their specific requirements.
- Regularly meet with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and address any challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Customer engagement and relationship nurturing: Continuously engage with existing small and medium-sized business clients, fostering long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
- Provide support and assistance to clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Corporate insurance sales: Drive sales of corporate insurance products, meeting set targets and contributing to overall business growth.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Selling group mediclaim policies to small and medium-sized businesses:
- Educate potential customers about the benefits and coverage provided by the group mediclaim policies.
- Coordinate with underwriters to provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients.
- Liaise with claims department to facilitate prompt claim settlement and handle any escalations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and businesses.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.
- Provide regular reports and updates on market insights, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate relationship management and sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate with corporate clients.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate insurance products: Understanding of various insurance policies and their coverage, specifically in the corporate insurance segment.
- Sales-driven mindset and target orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze client requirements, identify solutions, and address client challenges effectively.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated: Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
Bachelor's degree: Relevant degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
