Our Client, a Leading Bank is looking out for smart Corporate Acquisition - Relationship Managers for multiple locations - Mumbai , Delhi , Kolkata , Chennai and Bangalore.
Job Purpose :
Qualification: Post Graduate / Professionally Qualified - MBA or equivalent from a reputed University or Institution. Background in Banking preferred.
Department: Branch Banking
Relevant Experience:
5 + years of proven experience as key account management
Functional Competencies:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Managing and acquiring solution based large Corporate Liability relationship, which includes Fin-Tech, Start-up relationship/Tie-up, RERA A/c, Nodal A/c, IPO accounts, Capital Market related account, Capital Account, Dividend accounts, Merger & Acquisition transactions, Equity Stake Sale related transactions, PA/PG aggregator relationship, VC relationship, Investment Banking, Structured Products or any other special purpose accounts/Escrow Acs.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with Ultra HNI clients to ensure they do not turn to competition mainly on Business Banking Side.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Enhances customer experience by ensuring best services to all valuable customers
