The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 30 times revenue growth in the last 3 years. The team has grown from five to 60 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
As the Corporate Relations Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with companies with thriving practices in analytics and associated areas.
What you will do:
- Initiating conversations with HR / recruitment departments of major IT companies, niche analytics firms and varied technology startups
- Setting up recruitment arrangement for in- house students, spanning experience ranges from 0 to 20 years
- Becoming a trusted partner for the corporates upskilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering
- Nurturing corporate relationships and leveraging them for a stable supply of guest faculty for the company
- Using existing contacts to receive live projects for the students, and any other potential synergistic arrangements
- Serving as the Edtech Company's brand ambassador and working towards enhancing the brand image with every external interaction
Candidate Profile:
- Post graduate from B school or engineering degree from reputed University
- Experience in Analytics hiring preferred
- Candidate with existing network of HR / hiring managers is a great plus
- Placement and T&P experience / recruitment partners / RPOs is a great plus
- Should have high integrity, focus on business improvement and innovation
- Great team player
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment
