Job Description :

- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc)

- Responsible for the in-house recruitment of the company

- Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals.

- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.

- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame

- Posting vacancies on portals.

- Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

- Souring potential candidate for required skill set through existing database, job portals, Headhunting, Job Posting, Personal Network, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, direct reference, Internal & External References etc

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- 5+ years & People from US Corporate Recruitment Background will be considered Only with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.

- Excellent in communication and goal oriented.

- Good experience in requirement. Screening and shortlisting candidates for niche hard to hire skills & for suitable position

- Good understanding of US recruitment must for the role

- Should have knowledge working in US markets or should have handled US clients Designing recruitment strategies

- Good at US staffing

- Good at sourcing on US market

- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills

- Candidate shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

- Comfortable to work in night shift

- Well versed with US recruitment operations.

- Should have excellent understanding of all the US tax terms.

- Good knowledge about US Geography.

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
