Corporate Real Estate Head

- We are hiring for Corporate Real Estate Head for a leading MNC and the position is based at Gurgaon.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will manage multiple categories of Design Planning, Technical Inputs in Procurement and Design Execution of projects across company's Real Estate Function for

- Pan-India Offices and Edge Datacenters.

- Guide the user teams with technical expertise of Architectural Design, Interiors Design,

- Construction Materials, Design Detailing in Architecture, Compliance and Building R&M projects.

- Establish Design standards, Real Estate policies for Building and Office Architectural and Interior Design and procedures to establish Design Governance and Risk Management for all projects.
