Corporate Quality Manager:
Reports to - CTO
Roles & Responsibilities :
This role, working closely with centres, is accountable for monitoring & improving critical delivery and process KPIs. This is done through :
1. Identify critical opportunities for improvement in various locations, in line with business priorities, and enable addressing the same.
2. Guide the centre quality leads to use various business excellence levers and structured methodologies.
3. Implement and sustain best practices across processes,
4. Enable Knowledge management across centres.
- Monitor process performance of the location (with internal & external players) and closely engage with leadership of the locations to prioritize business issues that need improvement.
- Facilitate structured improvements using appropriate tools under methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean etc
- Institutionalize client's way of working through process documentation & standardization
Educational qualification - Engineer (B.Tech., BE) / MBA
Experience: 13-15 years of work experience out of which min, about 3 years in Business Excellence function (Lean Six Sigma)
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Meticulous, organized, logical thought process, stickler for time management, an eye for detail
- Assertive & Highly result oriented
- Ability to build strong relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and elicit cooperation within and across work levels and departments
- Critical thinker - ability to identify areas of process optimization
Additional Information :
