- We are looking for an experienced outcome driven professional to drive placement initiatives for online learners in a fast-paced Edtech ecosystem.

- Ideally someone who has a knack and caliber of delivering results and is focused on ensuring successful placement of online students with a special emphasis on Management and IT courses.

Beyond conducting placement drives, the role demands deeper understanding of enhancing learners' employability and align them with relevant job opportunities.

Job Location: Bengaluru (Near MG Road).

Work Mode: Work from Office (MonFri).

Work Timings: General Shift (10. 00 am 07. 00 pm).

Reporting to: Assistant Director - Placements.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement effective placement strategy for online students of all degree and certification courses offered by the company and its partners.

- Ensure successful conduction of regular and timely placement drives (approximately 30 drives per quarter) to provide ample placement opportunities for online learners with a deep focus on Management and IT programs.

- Conduct employability assessments and learner workshops for needful interventions to improve the overall employability quotient of the learners who are interested in placement assistance.

- Student profiling - understand the profiles of students from various courses and categories them to bring relevant job opportunities from various domains that increase the chances of placement.

- Orientation session for placement readiness for every upcoming batch / cohort.

- Connect with learners at regular intervals to keep their preparation warm to ensure their readiness to face opportunities.

- Coordinate and organise online career fairs at least once every six months.

- Create dashboards to track various placement related activities and maintain accurate placement records and allied reports on an ongoing basis.

- Nurture the existing client base and add new clients to the existing database.

- Coordinate collection of success stories and testimonials from placed candidates.

- Work with the marketing and the content team to create assets for key placement related highlights.

Desired Candidate Profile:.

- Full-time professional experience of at least 5 years or more in a similar role.

- Prior experience of minimum 4 years in a college / university / edtech setup anchoring learners' placement is mandatory.

- Experience of conducting and reviewing employability skill assessments is a must.

- Strong connections with potential recruiters and acumen to engage learners.

- Experience of placements in management programs is beneficial.

- Experience of placements in emerging technologies like Data Science, AI, ML, DevOps, Fullstack etc. is desirable.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of using any placement management portal like Superset would be an added advantage.

- PG Degree in Management is an added advantage.
