Corporate Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Role & Responsibilities.:
Responsible to Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by:
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
- Partner with senior business & functional leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success
- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success
- Address the critical focus on enhancing the customer experience, operational discipline and company-wide areas of scalability and efficiency, performance improvement, service enhancement, and product development
- Assess the current org. and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes
- Lead key transition & integration projects in partnership with global and local stakeholders
- Own and drive talent strategy for the applicable business groups and functions
Qualification & Experience:
1. MBA with 8-10 Years of Extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects
2. Deep understanding of organizations and models. Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.
3. Knowledgeable on employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance
4. Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation
5. Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization
6. Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
7. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement
8. Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
9. Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
10. Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
11. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
12. Previously demonstrated leadership skills
13. Act as a coach and confidant
