Candidates must have exposure of end to end HR transactions and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Criteria :
- Experience in corporate HR Role.
- Knowledge of SAP or any equivalent HRIS.
- Preferable from Cement or any Manufacturing Industry.
- Salary - Upto 12 LPA, can exceed for the right candidate.
Corporate HR Role details :
- Handling Employee Life Cycle Joining to F&F.
- Day to day HR activity.
- Strong knowledge in company policy.
- Issuing letters on time, like confirmation, warning, release, recovery etc.
- Grievances Handling.
- Recruitment coordination.
- PMS coordination.
- TA/DA and Vendor Billing.
- Compliance & tax related issues.
