Corporate Manager - Digital Lending - Bank

Our client, one of the most well-known Banks in Bangalore is actively looking to hire a Corporate Manager Digital Lending with 5-10 years of experience. This Bank is top-ranked for its work culture, ethics, and work environment.

Job Description : Review and Approval of Policies, Processes, Products, Functional Solution Document,

Business Requirement Document etc. related to the following Departments:

- Digital Banking, Open Banking, Fintech Partnerships, Supply Chain Finance

- Drafting standard Facility Agreements and other Transaction Documents for above verticals. Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation of other documents including NOCs., NDAs, Sanction Letters etc.

- Proactively engage in preparation of new/revised standard templates for Retail Loans.

- Ensure delivery of legal advice relating to the Digital Banking, Open Banking, Fintech Partnerships and Supply Chain Finance.

- Assisting team lead in framing/ review of policies and process

- Maintaining track of pending assignments with Corporate Legal Team and presenting data, details etc. related to same to Head-Legal as and when required.

- Advising Business teams on lending/borrowing related matters including stamping, execution and negotiations.

- Candidate from BFSI sector would be first preference.
