Corporate Litigation Role - FMCG

- Being the advisor for the Central Branch office on regulatory and compliance issues in the context of FMCG business.

- Advise the company on a wide range of legal issues related to Competition law, sectoral regulations, Employment and Labour laws and handle litigation in the region.

- Work with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic initiatives and advise on potential legal risks and liabilities.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in law and advise the company on the impact of new laws and regulations.

- Provide training and guidance to the company on legal compliance and risk management.

- Being a proactive business partner by keeping up with changes in Competition law, Investigations/litigations filed by the company or filed against the company before various forums up to Supreme Court.

- Strategize and provide guidance to external counsels on litigation strategy
