Corporate Legal Counsel - LLM/LLB/CS - Internet/Online

The Corporate Counsel shall be responsible for :

LLB+CS will be preferred

- Team Management

- Structuring transactions & drafting policies;

- Overseeing the Secretarial Function;

- Proactively advise and assist in managing important change in laws and regulation;

- Lead the team in developing processes, policies and procedures designed to reduce legal risk and/or increase efficiency;

- Work with support functions and business team to ensure that policies of the company are being implemented, work with business teams to ensure compliance and smoothly implementing the policies and processes.

- Responsible for instructing and interacting with law firms.

Technical Skills :

- Strong analytical and judgement skills;

- Strong Communication Skills - Verbal and Written (Technical and non-technical); &

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Law, Qualifies CS (Preferred but not essential);

- Proven experience in leading a team and also managing cross-functional interaction;

- 8 + years of experience in Retail, IT or general corporate advisory;

- Well versed with Regulatory Affairs framework; & Good understanding of Business.
