An incumbent should be with 15 to 20 experience from big Indian corporates managing IPR

Managing the IP due diligence outcomes in the ultimate deal structure

Intellectual Property (IP)

Procurement: Patent preparation and prosecution, Trademark and Copyright filings and prosecution.

IP and Commercial Litigation: Jury trial experience. US Federal/State forums as well as Indian forums such as the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).

IP Commercialization: Cross-border transactions, IP acquisition, Patent valuation, and IP licensing.

IP Counseling: Novelty, infringement, invalidity and freedom to operate opinions, product clearances, and asset/portfolio management.
