Corporate Legal Advisor

Our client one of the top 5 premier and diversified business groups in Middle East multi-location conglomerate with diverse interests across a wide range of products and services, with over 70 wholly owned and associate companies, is looking for Corporate Legal Advisor .

An incumbent should be with 15 to 20 experience from big Indian corporates with JV experience in Europe & US is desirable - exposure to Joint ventures/M&A/ equity, IPR /trademarks, employment labour contracts.

- Negotiating Contracts, Structuring of Joint Venture and closure of deals including M&A. Global Tax Efficient Investment Returns.

- Cross Border Investment strategy and drafting of required documents.

- Contract Drafting and Negotiation with the Client.

- Spearhead Strategic Alliances with foreign partners and maintain close relations with the key executives and top managers.

- Key member of the executive team forming working group committees covering Manufacturing and Trading companies.

- Statutory compliance and Internal Audit.

- Interaction with Senior Legal Counsels Across the globe.
