Corporate Lead - Health/Safety & Environment - Manufacturing

Client :

Our client is one of the well renowned US MNC having a market leading presence in India. They are into manufacturing and production space catering to both B2B and B2C segment. With increased focus on safety initiatives they are currently looking to hire the HSE lead based out of their corporate office in Mumbai.

Role :

Reporting to MD India and functionally to the Regional lead based out of US, you will be managing a team size of 5 and will be responsible for:

- Leading the HSE initiative for the organization in India

- Conducting leadership trainings and formulating SOPs for various initiatives

- Aiming to achieve a zero tolerance environment in the various aspects of HSE

- Leading the security agenda across all sites, manufacturing locations and corporate office.

Candidate:

Ideally you have between 12-18 years of post qualification work experience in manufacturing/services sector. You must be in a PAN India EHS role based out of corporate office in a MNC environment. EHS candidates from plants or non MNC background would not be considered. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are looking to take on the next challenging role in your career.
