The candidate should have degree in Law and progressively responsible experience in manager level for a major company or division of a large corporation, good knowledge in law to handle the legal activities all over India with Excellent Communication skills and Leadership skills.
- Should be good in Hindi.
Roles:
- To represent the company in IDSA conference, other meetings and keeps the company updated.
- To ensure that company business transactions are in compliance with the law.
- Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentations of vendors.
- Provide legal guidance to the company.
- Must advice and represent the company in all kinds of legal matters business disputes, business dealings problems, complex business agreements.
- Attending to Company's litigation, dispute resolution and non-litigation matters regarding rental agreement, transaction, business agreement, distribution policies, leases, license, distribution, franchise and others.
- Guiding all employees on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Analyzing and assessing legal issues relating to products, distributors policy, Employees labour policies.
- Ensure the legality of business practices and transactions.
- Understand laws and regulations to help the company work within legal boundaries.
- Provide legal advice and support on legal issues.
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications. Providing a high level of quality legal service in a wide range of areas including: corporate, civil and criminal contracts, employment, labor relations.
- Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company.
