Hiring for a Corporate Lawyer at Bangalore/ Delhi NCR for a large sized IT Multinational

Key Skills Required :

- Minimum 15 years legal experience in a law firm and in-house position

- Demonstrated experience advising clients on a wide variety of subject matters

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ability to work well with international cross-functional teams

- Strong collaboration with business, tax and communications leadership in region to assist and partner in company strategy

- Advisory and project management responsibility for legal team and cross-functional teams on a broad range of legal subjects including corporate, commercial, employment, privacy/data protection, tax, real estate and regulatory matters

Education :

- LLB, JD or equivalent degree and excellent academic credentials from a top law school
