We are hiring for Corporate IT Recruiter for our leading client at Navi Mumbai (Airoli) location.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Corporate IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT recruitment and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and client/vendor relationship skills. This role is crucial for ensuring to attract and retain top IT talent while effectively managing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and department heads to understand their IT staffing needs, and provide strategic advice on recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

2. Client/Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and clients, ensuring alignment with company requirements and standards. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize recruitment services.

3. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of different business units. Leverage market insights to attract top IT talent and address hiring challenges.

4. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage qualified IT candidates. Implement innovative approaches to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain effective communication and provide timely feedback.

6. Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews, technical assessments, and evaluations to determine candidates' suitability for various IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

7. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

8. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Corporate IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record in managing stakeholder relationships and working with external vendors.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends. Familiarity with different recruitment methodologies and tools.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
