Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Objects (BO) Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP BI/BO tools and demonstrate the ability to utilize SAP S/4HANA capabilities to design and implement robust reporting and analytics solutions.

- The role requires expertise in developing, optimizing, and supporting data models, reports, and dashboards that align with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the organization's strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

BI/BO Solution Design and Development:

- Design, develop, and implement SAP BI solutions using tools like SAP BW/BI, Business Objects, and S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.

- Create and optimize data models, reports, and dashboards to deliver business-critical insights.

- Configure and maintain SAP BO tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira, Analysis for Office, and Crystal Reports.

S/4HANA Integration and Analytics:

- Leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities to deliver advanced analytics and real-time reporting solutions.

- Support the migration and enhancement of legacy BI systems to S/4HANA platforms.

- Utilize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other S/4HANA-compatible tools for comprehensive analytics.

Data Management and Optimization:

- Design efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality data integration.

- Optimize data extraction, modeling, and reporting workflows for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI and reporting solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, to support end-to-end processes.

- Provide expertise on BI/BO best practices and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

System Support and Troubleshooting:

- Monitor and maintain the performance of BI systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

- Provide end-user support and training on BI tools and functionalities.

Documentation and Training:

- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, data flows, and user guides.

- Conduct training sessions to upskill users and ensure effective adoption of BI/BO tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in SAP BI/BO tools, including SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), Web Intelligence, and Crystal Reports.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SAP HANA modeling.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BI/BO, including at least 1 year in SAP S/4HANA.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech), Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams across the organization.

Preferred:

- SAP BI/BO certification is a plus.

- Experience in handling large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
