Corporate Human Resources Manager

- HR and OD functions for team members in multiple locations including international.

- Administers HR policies, programs, and processes.

- Ensures recruitment and retention of top talent.

- Provides counselling and development opportunities.

- Establishes strong relationships with Business Partners to develop alignment of HR and business strategies.

- Integrates knowledge acquisition and retention strategies with workforce planning, reporting structures, and recruitment targeting.

- Formulates a new HR role anchored in strategic participation while ensuring tactical delivery.

- HR Business Partner for India & International

- Managed efforts related to integrating or developing consistent division-wide HR processes and policies associated with payroll, compensation, .

- Supervised Human Resources direct reports, managing human resources services for headquarters employees & Plants & Regions.

- Lead all HR projects

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA in HR from Premier Institutes with 8-12 years of HR Experience. Demonstrated extensive and relevant experience of international strategic and operational business partnership roles at a Corporate Level

ii. HR experience with a focus on G&A functions, "HR for HR," HR transformation or similar experience preferred

iii. Proven experience directly supporting managers and senior leaders, influencing leaders to make better people decisions that achieve business results

iv. Strategic consultative approach with the ability to build relationships, credibility and trust with employees and management

v. Organizational design and development experience, including strong change management, for a complex and transforming business organization

vi. Exceptional project and process management skills delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment

vii. Knowledge of contemporary HR practices, including (but not limited to): compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and development

viii. Comfort with ambiguity: leans on strong judgment and high IQ/EQ to make well-informed decisions

ix. Strong communicator with the ability to craft meaningful, effective messaging on business objectives or priorities to a broad and diverse audience

x. Highly collaborative team player with a roll-up-one's-sleeves attitude, and innate sense of proactivity
