Leadership Role in Corporate HR-XLRI/TISS/IIM
Key Responsibilities:
Organization Design & Implementation:
- Design/Review the organization structure along with business teams; review managing /staffing strategy based on business strategy.
- Drive interventions related to structural changes, role clarity, talent planning & productivity.
- Develop manpower budget for the business in coordination with business heads and ensure timely deployment of the resources as and when needed
- Anchor the deployment of Role Based Organization (RBO) framework across the organization.
Talent Acquisition:
- Gather hiring requirements and prepare talent acquisition execution plan
- Review progress for all levels through the hiring cycle, monitor lead time, guide and review the hiring process for all functions. Actively partner in the hiring process.
Talent Management:
- Drive the roll-out of Talent Management framework as per corporate guidelines, anchor TMB and succession planning discussions
- Ensure execution of the agreed interventions as per TMB discussions
- Closely work with the leadership to enable successions readiness of critical positions
Employee Engagement:
- Work on enhancing employee experience, team building initiatives, address employee issues/grievances proactively
- Strategize and execute employee engagement plans
Performance Management System:
- Partner with business for developing scorecards, cascade scorecard and regularly communicate to employees on goals and progress against the same
- Review and monitor half yearly and annual performance review and feedback process
Compliance Management:
- Comply with HR system/process/policies, audit requirements, statutory acts as applicable and various organizational requirements in areas such as COBE, ISWG etc.
HR Processes & Team Management:
- Ensure timely updates to SAP- HR database
- Conduct goal setting, performance appraisals and mentoring/coaching for own team members
Organization Wide Initiatives:
- Anchor common joining initiative for all units in Hyderabad and scale them up across India over a period of time
Eligibility Criteria :
- Master's Degree/Post graduation in Human resource Domain. XLRI, TISS, IIM, MDI, FMS, IIFT candidates would be preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience.
