- MBA HR or PM & IR Full time 2 yrs degree in HR from Tier I HR Institute is a must, with 7-10 yrs exp in above areas

- Talent Management , Acquisition and Development ,, Building talent pipeline, through assessment centers and career planning initiatives ,PMS ,Employee Engagement , Rewards and Training and assist the Head HR in any other HR initiatives .

This is a indicative JD and can be modified based on discussion with shortlisted candidates

Looking at quick closure from Client's perspective for the right fitment hence seeking good profiles .. HR who is a strategist and a leader to be able to work independently within the organization and also manage internal stakeholders and has a strong commercial acumen ,willing to work and grow in new sectors ..
