Job Description :
- Overall responsible for HR function and its interaction with business, including formulating strategies and drafting policies for hiring, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and organization culture.
- Drive and actively contribute to the implementation of the People Strategy initiatives and workstreams.
- Ensure the implementation approach is supported & delivered
- Drafting and documenting policies and procedures and employee manuals
- Responsible for employee queries pertaining to compliance and their adherence to the same
- Designing behavioral and functional competency frameworks to arrive at a detailed need analysis for individual development plans
- Implement and develop action plans associated with performance improvement and develop & manage the employee metrics
- Implement the mindset of high-performance culture through various programs
