7. The person will be responsible for conceptualization and Execution of all Engagement Related activities as per budget

9. The person will be responsible for conceptualization and Execution of all Rewards & Recognition activities starting for Designing, Communication & Logistics Management etc.

10. Designing Electronic communication /Teasers, e-mailers, EDMs to drive engagement activities

11. Maintaining Data Integrity - MIS, Payment Trackers and Presentations for activities

12. Should have strong communication Skills

13. Adhering to Quarterly and Yearly Engagement Calendar and ensuring plan versus actual of the task.

14. Should be strong on Drafting Monthly Newsletter and Business Article

15. Vendor Management.
