About the Role:
- This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Head of HR and working in the designing and implementation of HR framework throughout the organisation.
- The incumbent will be taking up multiple projects based on the business challenges and will be designing initiatives creating direct impact on the people and growth road map of the organization.
Grade: Senior Manager
Experience Requirement: 4+ Years (For Tier 1 and 2 Colleges) and 6+ Years for rest
Job Location: Gurgaon
Travel Required: Yes (15 % of time)
Reporting To: Director HR
Nature of Role: Individual Contributor
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creation and Implementation of Talent and Organization Development initiatives for the organisation
- Creation and Implementation of Reward and Recognition Programme at Org. Level
- Creation and Implementation of Employee Engagement Initiatives at Org. Level
- Managing Employer Branding and Campus Initiatives
- Designing Organisation communication and awareness on HR initiatives and Policies
- Enabling and executing Training Initiatives for specific cohorts within the organisation
- Being the owner of HR Policies and ensuring timely updating and benchmarking of them
- Enabling other strategic projects with Director HR as and when need arises
Other Requirement:
- Relevant experience in few of the above domains and willingness to learn in the others.
